Our balanced macros, consistent workouts and recovery protocols help retain and build metabolism-boosting lean muscle mass while maximizing fat loss. We find most clients utilizing prescription assistance who embrace the FASTer Way's behavioral, emotional and physical reset see dramatically enhanced and sustainable outcomes.
We offer new workouts daily, 365 days a year, that can be completed at home or in the gym with little to no equipment. Clients can use weights, kettlebells, bands or body resistance for strength training. Workouts are 30 minutes or less and utilize cardio/HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength training, core circuits, ISO stretch, and rest/recovery days throughout the week.
